Annual general meeting

Registration for Optonique’s Annual General Meeting is now open!

Optonique invites you to attend its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place on Friday 25 September 2026, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., in a hybrid format: online, as well as in person at ROBIC's offices in Montréal and in Québec City.

Open to both members and non-members, this meeting is an important part of Optonique’s organisational life. It will provide an opportunity to review the past year, present the organisation’s projects and discuss its strategic priorities for the future.

The AGM will also include the election of members to the Board of Directors. Voting rights are reserved for those membership categories entitled to vote under Optonique’s by-laws. We therefore encourage eligible members to ensure that their Optonique membership is in good standing.
